Services
Yooth Wellness provides clinician-led telehealth wellness services, including metabolic health support, longevity care, provider consultations, lab diagnostics and review, personalized treatment planning, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring. Yooth Wellness is a medical practice, not a pharmacy, and does not sell prescription medications or compounded products directly.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where our providers are licensed to prescribe — currently New York and Florida — to use our services. During the intake process, we screen for medical contraindications. Enrollment is subject to provider approval based on your health profile.
Subscription & Billing
Care plans are billed monthly. A plan may be created for a fixed term — a stated number of monthly billing cycles — or with no term, in which case it bills monthly until it is cancelled or replaced. Your plan's length and end date are shown in your patient portal.
A plan with a term ends by itself when its final billing cycle completes. It does not renew automatically, and you will not be billed beyond the stated term. Continuing care afterwards requires a new plan from your provider; while your provider reviews your next step, your portal — including your records, messages, and care team — remains available to you.
There is no lock-in period. You may cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting our support team; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. If a recurring payment cannot be collected, your plan may be suspended or ended after reasonable attempts to charge your payment method. Your provider may adjust your care level during a term with your agreement; the new monthly amount applies from your next billing cycle, and a care-level change never extends your term.
Prescription and Treatment Decisions
Completing an intake, paying for a service, or requesting a care add-on does not mean any specific medication, compounded preparation, supplement, lab, or therapy will be recommended or prescribed. All treatment decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers after clinical review. See our Prescription and Treatment Policy for more information.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Fulfillment
Service fees, subscription terms, cancellations, and third-party fulfillment are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and Fulfillment Policy. Yooth Wellness does not operate as an online pharmacy or medication marketplace.

Yooth Wellness services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals. Telehealth services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. Limitation of Liability
Yooth Wellness and its providers are not liable for outcomes beyond those covered by standard medical malpractice provisions. We do not promise specific health outcomes from our services.
