Clinical services
Yooth Wellness fees cover clinician time, intake review, health history review, lab review or lab planning, care coordination, and personalized treatment planning. Once clinical review or service delivery has begun, service fees are generally non-refundable.
Onboarding and subscriptions
The Yooth onboarding fee is separate from medications, supplements, labs, and other third-party costs unless specifically stated. Certain care phases may require an initial commitment period. After any applicable commitment period, eligible subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing cycle by contacting the care team.
Third-party items
Medications, compounded preparations, laboratory services, supplements, and fulfillment services may be provided by licensed third-party partners. Refund eligibility for third-party items depends on the partner policy, applicable law, clinical safety rules, and whether the item has already been prepared, dispensed, shipped, or used.
